Rosa Ana Lozada, L.C.S.W., is the Chief Executive Officer of Harmonium Inc., bringing over 40 years of transformative leadership in mental health, social services, and human services. As CEO, Ms. Lozada spearheads the organization’s strategic vision, optimizing resources, and building impactful public-private partnerships to enhance program reach and effectiveness. She aligns local and state initiatives with the agency’s goals, driving innovative prevention and intervention strategies that meet community needs. As a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Ms. Lozada has focused much of her career on advancing children's mental health, culturally responsive care and trauma informed practices, Her expertise in this field has led to successful reform initiatives, She has served as a consultant on federal, state and local efforts aimed at addressing the critical mental health needs of children, youth, and families.
Stephanie Renick, MSW, is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Harmonium, Inc. She brings in-depth experience in non-profit management, finance, human resources and personnel and operations management. Her experience in non-profit work dealing with critical community issues has led to positive outcomes through strengths-based program development and implementation. Stephanie’s long-held commitment to and passion for community-based work aligns well with the mission, vision and values of Harmonium. As COO, her strengths as a results-driven business leader and adeptness in developing and executing strategic initiatives combined with her heart for children, youth, and families, compliments the strong leadership team in place. Bringing her experience in fostering a culture of innovation, building high-performance teams and forging strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders aligns to drive our agency objectives forward to positively impact our community.
A native of Miami, Don has lived in San Diego since 1987, working as an attorney in the field of employment law. He is a husband, and a father of three. Through extensive community involvement and service, Don is dedicated to improving the quality of life for youth and families.
Sylvia is a changemaker who has over twenty years advocating for education and social equity. She carries a passion for empowering underserved communities and was inspired by her personal experience of economic inequality. As a result, she recognized the urgent need to address education and empowerment within marginalized communities. Sylvia’s academic journey began with a bachelor’s degree in communication studies, where she developed a deep interest in the intersection of social media and social justice. Eager to further her expertise, she pursued a master’s degree in New Media Studies, specializing in the ways technology and digital platforms can be harnessed to amplify marginalized voices and foster inclusive communities. Sylvia embarked on a career in higher education and for the past two decades, she has designed and implemented programs specifically tailored to meet the needs of underserved communities. Through her advocacy, outreach, and community partnerships, she has helped raise awareness about the importance of financial education in these areas, challenging societal norms and systemic barriers that perpetuate economic disparities.
Xiomalys (Xio) Crespo is a Promise Zone and Special Projects Manager with the City of San Diego's Economic Development Department. She is committed to equitable access to opportunity and is passionate about inclusive economic development and uplifting diverse communities.
